I think that ESI was made to make people aware of what is happening to our world. They are trying to stop the damage of the enviorment by coming up with it. It also might have started laws against littering and things.
I think that ESI occurs to warn and tell people what is happening to our planet. Also it tells us that we need to take care of our Rain forests and Rivers all around the world. It also protects the environment.
I think that the ESI was estbalished to alert people of are impact on the world such impacts as are one on the Green House Effect,but also i think that ESI was estbalished to perserve some of are major parks,Rain Forest and some of are major Water ways that have been polluted.
